NAVAL BASE KITSAP-BREMERTON, Wash. (Feb. 14, 2013) Interior Communications Electrician Fireman Karlie Bryant and Interior Communications Electrician 3rd Class Carolyn Sumner troubleshoot a halo-carbon alarm system aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). Reagan is homeported in Bremerton, Wash., while undergoing a docked planned incremental availability maintenance period at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility.
