Announcing ticket sales and menu for the 2014 PACNORWEST Officers’ Submarine Birthday Ball on April 12th, 2014 at the Bangor Plaza Ball Room.

Ticket pricing:

Military and their guest rate- (Price per person)

  • O1-O3: $55
  • O4 and O5: $60
  • O6 and above: $65

Civilian and their guest rate- (Price per person)

  • GS12 and below: $55
  • GS13 ad 14: $60
  • GS15 and above: $65

Retirees pay at their retired rank if not a GS.

Option #1 (Beef)

  • Charred Sirloin with Mushroom Cap
  • Asparagus, tomato crown, and Broccoli Florette with
  • Fingerling Potatoes and Hen of the Woods Mushroom Demi Glaze Coupe

Option #2 (Seafood)

  • Seared British Columbia King Salmon and
  • Alaska Sea Scallops w/ Banyuls Beurre Blanc, Ricotta Gnocchi and Toasted Farro, Tuscan Kale & Seasonal Vegetable Saute

Option#3 (Vegetarian/Pasta)

  • Baked Fazzoletto with Buffalo Mozzarella, Basil Ricotta and San Marzano Tomatoes with Olio Vede
