WSSEF Judges Needed For Grades 1-9

The 2021 Washington State Science and Engineering Fair is right around the corner. We have 100 judges signed up as of today. We need close to 200 by fair day. Judge Registration for the 2021 WSSEF is now open STEM Wizard – Washington State Science and Engineering Fair Our fair website is    

Volunteering to judge at WSSEF is a rewarding and uplifting experience that is best seen when a student participant is presenting their science project and realizes someone both understands and cares about their effort.

Phase 2 of the WSSEF which involves grades 1-8 will take place April 17, 2021 online from 9 am to 2pm. Judge’s training will take place:

Grades 9 – 12 students completed. Grades 1 – 8 will be April 16 & 17, 2021 (Friday & Saturday).

WSSEF 2021 will be virtual again this year using Zoom meetings and judging is from the comfort of your own home. Being virtual does not reduce the need for judges.  To properly judge the students 200 Judges are needed for each weekend. Please, tell your friends and colleagues about the opportunity to judge at WSSEF.
